Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These Terms govern your use of Sund Pass, operated by Sund in The Netherlands. By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by them.

2. The service

Sund Pass is a digital wallet that helps dog owners store and share their dog's health records, vaccinations, medications, weights and related data. It is a record-keeping tool — it is not a veterinary service and does not provide medical advice.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
• One account per person; do not impersonate others.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of all data you upload (photos, vet records, notes). You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display this data solely to operate the service for you and the people you explicitly share with.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, infringing or harmful content.
• Attempt to break, probe or overload the service.
• Use the service to store records of dogs you do not own or care for.
• Reverse engineer or resell access to the service.

6. No medical advice

Vaccination schedules, reminders and any informational content shown in the app are provided for convenience only. They do not replace professional veterinary advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions.

7. Paid features

Some features may require a paid plan. Pricing, billing terms and refund policy will be disclosed at the point of purchase. EU consumer rights, including the statutory right of withdrawal where applicable, are unaffected by these Terms.

8. Service availability

We work to keep Sund Pass available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable EU consumer law.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply.
