Is Sund Pass a replacement for the EU pet passport?+
Not yet, by law. The paper passport stays the official document for now. Sund Pass is the digital twin you actually use day to day, and we're building toward recognition as the official wallet once the EU rolls out the digital pet passport.
Where is my data stored?+
On EU-only infrastructure, encrypted at rest. You can export everything or delete your account at any time. We never sell data, full stop.
Do I need to switch vets?+
No. Upload records yourself in v1. From v2, forward-looking vets can sign records directly through the Sund vet portal.
Can I share with my partner or sitter?+
Yes. Generate a read-only link, scoped to what you choose. Revoke access in one tap.
What if I have more than one dog?+
Pro includes multi-dog households. Each dog gets their own profile, sharing the same caregiver circle.
